Care Instructions: 

Washing - low temperature washing or hand washing preferred - Do not bleach

Drying - low temperature drying 

Ironing - recommend no ironing, but if you iron use a low temperature 110 degrees or less

Payment Methods:
We accept any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).
If you have a promo code, you can input this during checkout. The offer will be applied to your purchase.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will ship within 2-3 business days.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  

Orders placed on Fridays after 3PM CST will process and ship the following Monday.

All orders will ship via USPS.

Return Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your shipping confirmation date to request a refund. All refunds are remitted in the original form of payment.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number and packing slip with your return.

Please Note: The shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you and provide “How To” return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Please allow 7-10 business days for Childish to issue your refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
It’s very rare that we have damaged items, as there’s a multi-point quality check prior to sending your order.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please Note: We will not return items due to delays or damages caused by USPS.


Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please reference our return policy. You have 14 days from your shipping confirmation date to request a return.

Refunds:
All refunds are remitted in the form of store credit.
We will notify you once we’ve received/inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow 7-10 business days for Childish to issue your refund.
